Lines
To pick the right line. The Line Designation refers to the manufacturers desigation for the lines. Remember that this often has nothing in common with the numbers on your rod. After that I put the (head length/weight in grains) which is much more useful for choosing the correct line. After that I give you my suggestion as to the rod desigation on which the line will work well. If you purchase a line following these suggestions and it does not spec out on your rod you may exchange it to get the perfect fit. Only lines which have not been altered may be exchanged. Most lines are available to test so I will happily loan you a line for a week or so to use on your equipment.
