For check orders terms are Net15.
Credit card orders will be charged when the product is shipped.
Shipping charges reflect actual shipping costs. The web site estimates shipping.
If you want confirmation of shipping charges before shipment put that in the message box. Handling charge covers packing materials and labels.
When you order, an automatic confirmation is emailed. When the order is shipped you will receive an invoice marked paid including only the items available. Items not available are NOT backordered unless you note to backorder them. I do try to work with you and let you know when we are out of something and when it will be in.
*** If you dont hear from me within two days it is most likely the order did not reach me. Please either return the confirmation or call to make sure I have received your order.
